These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, products, and communications provided by Just for You (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
- You must be 16 years or older.
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.
- If you join our waitlist or subscribe to emails, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account & communications
- Waitlist / emails: If you submit your email, we may send transactional messages (such as confirmations) and newsletters or updates if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time from any non-transactional email.
- No payment features yet: We currently do not sell or charge for anything through the site. If that changes, updated terms will apply.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or harm the Service or its infrastructure;
- attempt to access non-public areas or data without authorization;
- use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Privacy & cookies
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- We use PostHog (EU cloud) via our first-party proxy on Cloudflare for analytics (pageviews, events, heatmaps, and optional session recording).
- In the EEA/UK, non-essential analytics only runs after your consent.
- In other regions, analytics may be on by default, and you can opt out at any time under Settings → Privacy or on the Privacy page.
- Emails are sent via Resend; data is hosted on Supabase (on AWS us-east-2) and delivered via Cloudflare.
5. Content & intellectual property
- The Service (including text, design, code, and graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
- If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.
6. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers (including Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, and PostHog) to operate the Service. Their availability and performance may affect the Service. While we choose reputable vendors and take reasonable care with integrations, we are not responsible for their outages or policies.
7. Availability & changes
The Service may change, be updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features marked as “beta” or “preview” may be unstable or incomplete and may collect limited telemetry as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply in full to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or the law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Effective date at the top. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting a notice on the site). Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict of law principles. All disputes will be brought in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.
